Wessinger Project
The Wessinger project was a full revamp of a property that had been neglected for some time. We took a simple approach that would result in a landscape that would be easy for the homeowner to manage going forward. We also needed to address the drainage issues that causing serious flooding problems in heavy rains. We incorporated a dry creek bed around the front of the home to eliminate any risk of the problem returning.

Howell Project
The Howell Install was a project for an older home where the builder landscaping had just run its course over the years. A river birch had been planted in the center of the yard. River birches have invasive root system and the tree throws a lot of shade. Our main goal was to open up the beautiful front of this home and leave behind an open look to the lawn from the street. After removing the birch and adding some shade tolerant Bermuda, we were able to restore this lawn to it's former curb appeal.

Kimball Project
Some installs are not about the curb appeal. This one was about the mess the homeowner and his neighbors could see from their kitchens. We wanted to leave our customer with something that invited them into backyard plus a landscape that wouldn't be a daunting task to maintain.
